(1) Current & sufficient O365/Azure experience, for the rolling expiration of O365 passwords.


(2) Can work out of the validation mailbox reaching out to users to resolve their issues - which requires STRONG interpersonal skills & customer service.



  • Troubleshooting and Resolution of Tier 1/2/3 escalated technical issues.


    • Maintain and manage workload through computerized issue tracking system.
    • Present a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all interactions.
    • Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues on laptops, PCs, thin clients and mobile devices.
    • Installation and troubleshooting of software to various computer devices.
    • Ability to conduct basic network troubleshooting.
    • Execute duties through rotational services of deskside visits, phone troubleshooting, walk-in center and tech depot fulfillment center.
    • Inventory management of assets.
    • Create and manage user accounts.

  • Support and Troubleshooting of Networked Printers.


    • Basic printer troubleshooting and configuration.
    • Mostly Laser printers, but we also have label and dot-matrix printers in our environment.

  • Potential to support and Troubleshooting of Audio Visual, presentation, teleconferencing, and collaboration equipment; Projectors, large screen TVs, and conferencing phones.
  • User Account Management.


    • Creation and termination of AD account across multiple domains
    • Creation and termination of Oracle accounts
    • Updating permissions of accounts through different security groups
    • Strong process knowledge
    • Very thorough on data management



EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:



  • Minimum Required Education: High School Degree or equivalent AND 1-3 years of experience supporting networked systems.
  • Minimum Required Experience: 1+ years of supporting a corporate, networked computer environment.
  • Desirable Education/Experience:


    • 2 year or 4 year Degree or vocational training equivalent in CS or MIS.
    • 1-3 years of experience supporting desktop computers in a corporate environment.
    • 1-3 years of experience building, deploying, and troubleshooting desktop computers.
    • 1-3 years of experience with Microsoft Windows OS, Active Directory, and SCCM.
    • 1-3 years of experience supporting Telephony and AV equipment.
    • 1-3 years Mac OS experience



CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES:


MCP, MSCE, A+ - desirable


JOB RELATED COMPETENCIES:


Strong Analytical Skills, Communication Skills & Time Management Skills Required.
