The Data Resiliency team is a cross-functional support team within Enterprise Functions Technology focused on defining an Enterprise-wide Data Resiliency Strategy and Framework as well as driving its adoption and maturity across People, Process, and Technology.

This candidate will work within the Data Resiliency team focusing on the delivery of a multi-year roadmap to drive the maturity of our end to end Data Resiliency capabilities.

The Data Resiliency Product Owner will be accountable for multiple projects at any given time, and may be expected to provide technical analyst support for a wide variety of systems/solutions. Responsible for producing detailed Functional System Design documents, Use Cases and interface data mapping. Must also conduct walk through meetings of the produced documents with impacted technical/system groups, testing groups, servicing groups, and business groups. Also, responsible for supporting technical and testing groups in root cause analysis of system defects.

Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Prepares specifications for system changes. May develop systems test plan components and test scripts. May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies. May provide direction and/or guidance to less experienced staff.

8+ years of strategic planning experience4+ years of Agile experience7+ years of experience delivering complex enterprise wide information technology solutions
