Data Management and Insights (DMI) is transforming the way that Wells Fargo uses and manages data. Our work enables Wells Fargo to empower and inform our team members, deliver exceptional experiences for our customers, and meet the elevated expectations of our regulators. The team is responsible for designing the future data environment, defining data governance and oversight, and partnering with technology to operate the data infrastructure for the company. This team also provides next generation analytic insights to drive business strategies and help meet our commitment to satisfy our customers financial needs.

The Master and Reference Data Remediation (MRDR) team provides a single point of contact, within Data Management & Insights (DMI), to stakeholders across the enterprise for all party and product data issues and enhancements.

MRDR services include centralized data issue intake, root-cause analysis, requirement gathering, and data remediation solution design and execution to improve sales processes, party & product risk management, as well as financial, profitability, and regulatory reporting.

Primary responsibilities within this role include:

Collect, monitor and track firm-wide party & product data issues Understand requests (party/product, problem statement, priority, impact on SOR, Report, $, targeted date) Define scope of current state party & product data issues requiring tactical remediation Gather requirements, perform assessment, secure sizing Define appropriate remediation plans and design tactical solution Execute or support execution of tactical solution Produce and maintain roadmap of remediation efforts across party and product domains Ensure requirements are cared for in Enterprise Master Reference Data (eMRD) and strategic party and product MDM Partner with LOB specific Governance (e.g., wholesale, WIM) Provide party and product SME support for analytics, risk management, regulatory & financial reporting and regulatory compliance. Support eMRD and strategic party and product MDM business requirements and on-boarding / adoption issue resolution Attend to issues that require SWAT level intervention for resolution across both party & product data remediation Resolve business critical data issues that cannot be resolved through BAU teamsRequired Qualifications

5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: data management, data governance, data quality or data analysis4+ years of SQL experience5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience5+ years of banking industry experience

Desired Qualifications

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsExperience writing Business Requirements Documents (BRD's)Wholesale Customer Information System (WCIS) ExperienceKnowledge and understanding of LE management tools such as GEMS, Blueprint, LEIF, Hogan, EPIC, WCIS, as well as other Wells Fargo systems of recordAbility to translate and summarize complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations

Other Desired Qualifications Ability to translate data analytics results into meaningful business presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint. Experience with Master & Reference Data Experience with Banking customer and product dataSalary Information
