Data Management and Insights (DMI) is transforming the way that Wells Fargo uses and manages data. Our work enables Wells Fargo to empower and inform our team members, deliver exceptional experiences for our customers, and meet the elevated expectations of our regulators. The team is responsible for designing the future data environment, defining data governance and oversight, and partnering with technology to operate the data infrastructure for the company. This team also provides next generation analytic insights to drive business strategies and help meet our commitment to satisfy our customers financial needs.

DMI is seeking a candidate to join the team focused on the eONE strategic initiative. The eONE initiative seeks to build a 'one number' instrument data foundation that is complete, reliable, and aligned to the general ledger. The initiative will also establish the authoritative data source for common data elements between Corporate Finance and Corporate Risk management to support in scope risk and regulatory reporting. eONE will create a federated, coordinated set of applications and databases to support risk and finance, which will allow for agile and accurate risk and regulatory reporting and analytics that complies with BCBS 239, G&O and the Wells Fargo Enterprise Data Governance Policies and Standards.

This position will interact with senior leaders and major stakeholders on a regular basis to understand risks and impacts to the organization. Must be able to navigate amongst many other diverse teams and manage the information gained by those interactions and create and deliver presentations to senior leaders on goals, plans, and progress. The successful candidate must be pro-active, organized, and is responsible for recognizing and understanding problems, developing and deploying solutions as process enhancements.

Primary responsibilities for the eOne program include:

Very well versed in Agile methodologies, ART's and Agile process improvement. Performing kick-off events and driving daily / weekly routines to achieve objectives. Business Process Modeling Working with project management, process design, training partners, etc., to deliver change. Delivering change in a controlled and thoughtful manner; produce roll out plan, training plan, schedules, gaining buy-in from eONE leadership, upstream / downstream partners, etc. Performing Lessons Learned / Retrospectives and introduce key improvements back into the transformation process. Utilizing surveying techniques to understand critical transformation objectives. Identifying areas of improvement within the program Information gathering on improvement or strategy programs (current state) Process planning, documentation, and proposals on strategy programs (future state) Presentation to leadership on proposals for approval Manage By Fact - utilize data-driven analytics to drive the change

Areas of knowledge could include:

Managing Environments and Infrastructure Testing Methodologies and Strategies Deploying software version upgrades in complex IT environments (knowledge, not execution) Data management experience, data analysis experience, or a combination of both Analytics, Dashboard and KPI creation and tracking Enterprise data warehouse / large data program experience Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: data management, data governance, data quality or data analysis6 + years of experience in one or a combination of the following: strategic planning, initiative management or project management5+ years of process definition and documentation experience6+ years of experience creating executive level dashboards, analytics, and reports using advanced visualization tools7+ years of Agile experience3+ years of change management experience2+ years of DevOps experience

Desired Qualifications

2+ years of Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) experienceExperience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areasOutstanding problem solving skillsSolid critical thinking skillsExperience successfully collaborating with others in a change driven environmentAbility to consult at the highest technical level on design: planning, integration, implementation, scalability, and problem definitionAbility to proactively manage and mitigate issuesKnowledge and understanding of data warehouse or data mart environment development and enhancement
