Data Management and Insights (DMI) is transforming the way that Wells Fargo uses and manages data. Our work enables Wells Fargo to empower and inform our team members, deliver exceptional experiences for our customers, and meet the elevated expectations of our regulators. The team is responsible for designing the future data environment, defining data governance and oversight, and partnering with technology to operate the data infrastructure for the company. This team also provides next generation analytic insights to drive business strategies and help meet our commitment to satisfy our customers financial needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Support internal business partners data projects and activities by facilitating discussions, capturing outcomes, providing strategic influence, priority discussions, and aligning target data management capabilities Serve as a data subject matter expert for aligned Authorized Provisioning Point (APP) to provide data profiling, requirements creation, target state capabilities, and general data analysis support Partner with Line of Business, other DMI teams, and Wells Fargo Technology (WFT) to provide subject matter expertise, data analysis, issue management and identification of data capability gaps to be addressed by the target state data strategy Understand data and analytic needs by partnering with key stakeholders to define and capture business/data requirements that drive business value for aligned Authorized Provisioning Point (APP) Collaborate with DMI Architecture to assist partners in bridging current state and target state data landscape, driving out the development of the solution design and an approach/timing for provisioning data Facilitate and support the execution of projects in collaboration with stakeholders (business, technology) to drive key activities maturing the Authorized Provisioning Point (APP) (e.g., business requirements, model design, system design review, test plans/scripts, user acceptance testing, data issues resolution, production data verification, access/entitlements, etc.) Provide support to establish, align and manage holistic delivery road mapsRequired Qualifications

5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: data management, data governance, data quality or data analysis3 + years of experience identifying, documenting, escalating and resolving issues2+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience2+ years of SQL experience2+ years of experience writing Business Requirements Documents (BRD's)

Other Desired Qualifications Experience in writing moderate complexity SQL queries supporting data profiling and metadata capture Experience with enterprise data warehousing and technologies such as Hadoop, Teradata, Aster, and Oracle Ability to manage small to medium size projects or initiatives, from initiation through implementation Experience performing analysis leveraging SQL or other techniques to extract data from data warehousing platforms Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsStreet Address
