Job Description

This position will report to the Wholesale Lending Data Technology Platform Leader as part of the Lending Big Data Initiatives and Integrations team. Responsible for building data models, risk models for predicitive analytics within the Wholesale Lending Data Services group.

This position will work with various Teradata, Oracle-ExaData, Big Data COE engineering, lines of business and support teams.

The position will be responsible for building models for Risk Anomoly detection across the Lending Data COE and support the COE leaders in other data LOBs reporting to the Wholesale Data Technology Platform Leader.

Responsibilities include:

  • Primary responsibility for working with business and IT partners to define requirements.
  • Individual will be responsible for extracting actionable information for predictive analytics, risk modeling, custom algorithms for Data Science and anomaly detection.
  • Extensive experience in Data Analysis, Data Requirments and building use cases a must.
  • Experience with Machine Learning is a must.
  • Experience in the financial industry is a must.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of application development and implementation experience
  • 10+ years of information technology experience
  • 5+ years of data analysis experience
  • 2+ years of financial services industry experience
  • 5 + years of experience using quantitative machine learning techniques

Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • 10 + years of machine learning experience

Other Desired Qualifications
  • 10+ years of industry experience with Machine Learning.
  • 10+ years Data Analysis
  • Experience with Data Analytics and Data Lineage
  • Extensive Experience with R, Python & MapR
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Science/Technology or Engineering
  • PhD degree is a plus.
