Randstad Technologies is currently seeking a talented Data Analyst to join a well-known client of ours within a location in the greater Corona area. We are looking for a self-sufficient, independent, self-starter and adaptable Data Analytic Consultant to join our client on their journey to improve the member experience. You will help to discover information hidden in vast amounts of data. Your primary focus will be in applying data mining techniques, performing statistical analysis, and building models to help provide actionable insights. You will provide support in making strategic data-related decisions by analyzing, manipulating, tracking, internally managing and reporting data. You will serve both as a consultant and as a high-level data analyst. You will work with clients to develop the right set of questions/hypotheses, using the appropriate tools/skills to derive the best information to address customer needs.


Skills Needed:



  • High School - REQUIRED
  • Ability to provide actionable insights from data mining, statistical modeling, segmentation, customer profiling and quantitative/qualitative analyses with the goal of improving the member experience, while making health care more affordable.
  • Ability to develop experience dashboards to monitor existing programs and ensure that execution is aligned with objectives
  • In-depth and extensive knowledge of statistical techniques and tool including but not limited to regressions, cluster analysis, factor analysis, and survival analysis.
  • Hands on experience with structured and unstructured data sets.
  • Hands on experience with SQL, Alteryx, Excel, and Tableau.
  • Excellent SQL skills including writing complex queries, and expertise in data warehousing, data services development and business intelligence tools. Expertise using Hadoop technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent skills using statistical packages including Alteryx, SAS, R or Python for data processing and modeling.
  • Excellent presentation, simplification and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Excellent project management skills to build and execute project plans with clearly defined deliverables, timelines, and ownerships. Provide prompt and timely update with progress, issues, and risk mitigations.
  • Demonstrated strong sense of urgency with ability to juggle multiple projects
