We have a 6 month renewable position for a CyberArk Administrator with a client of ours in Cary, NC.

Risk & Security - CyberArk Administrator

Job Description

This position will require a good understanding of Identity Access Management (IAM), and Privileged Access management specially CyberArk. He/she will be responsible for translating business requirements to technical functionality within the CyberArk application. He/she will also be responsible for unit testing and coordinating with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for any bugs or issues. Some training will be offered to get the resource familiar with the setup of CyberArk application with our organization but the expectation is that the resource is familiar and has experience working in CyberArk. This individual must be a proven self-starter with the ability to problem-solve, communicate, participate in diverse project teams from a technical perspective, and interface effectively with end users, vendor, and other IAM team members.

Responsibilities

- Participate in all CyberArk deployment activities, PSM configuration, High availability configuration, workflow configuration and development, and platform integration.

- Participate in and/or lead User Acceptance Testing and bug-related efforts.

- Provide application-related troubleshooting services as part of project or post-production support activities.

- Perform health check monitoring on all CyberArk severs to ensure consistent availability of system to end user.

- Creating and Managing Safes, platforms and Owners and CPM policies management.

- Execute the Password Upload Utility.

- Auditing Accounts and work on various reports, user's server login issues and user

- To resolve all tickets/incidents and escalations in adherence to SLA timelines and security guidelines

- To perform value addition activities such as training/mentoring, implementation of best practices, Knowledge sharing and Knowledge base review and management through effective & timely documentation

- To ensure positive customer feedback and satisfaction through calls/discussion to ensure correct resolutions

- To adhere to agreed process and quality standards; and, company policies

- Participate in architectural reviews and suggest changes

- To perform Root Cause Analysis and problem management

Qualifications

Required:

- 4+ years of Privileged Access Management Experience with CyberArk or similar product, including working with components such as vaults, CPMs, accounts, policies, safes, usages, PACLI and providers.

- 2+ years of security and systems standards, Access Management, Authorization/ Permissions Management, Network Protocols, System management applications, and System & Network Security.

- 4+ years of experience working with account management on various platforms such a Windows, UNIX, Active Directory, LDAP, network devices, databases and storage systems.

- Experience troubleshooting applications and scripts by accessing and analyzing logs on UNIX and Windows servers.

- 2+ years of experience with installation, integration and deployment of enterprise applications in client environment.

- Basic understanding of Identity & Access Governance including Role based access control, access request and certification

Preferred:

- Familiarity with Atlassian products such as JIRA, Bamboo, Bitbucket etc.

- Certifications such as: CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification a plus.

- Understanding of how to integrate applications via web services (SOAP/REST) will be a plus.
