Role & Responsibilities


o Remotely troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems, multitask and be dedicated to customer success.


o Provide in-depth phone/email consultation for customers and independently debug complex Network problems


o Provide systems and product training


o Acts as a focal point for large account network problem resolution.


o Acts as a technical expert, and provides support on a world-wide basis.


o Ability to explain complex solutions in a simple way


Qualifications


- BSCS/EE/MSCS and minimum of 3-4 years' experience in either technical support or development organization.


- Strong knowledge of Linux, Hypervisor, Virtualization and Container areas.


- Strong knowledge of Network routing and switching, DNS and DHCP.


- Ability to build engineering level partnerships and communicate effectively at all levels.


- Experience with customer support and good communication skills
