One of our top clients in the Greater Philadelphia area is looking for 5 Technical Support Representatives. For these roles individuals will provide 2nd level customer support via the telephone for all technology products and services. They will need to be able to effectively understand customer issues and demonstrate real empathy in the resolution process. These individuals will establish credibility quickly by following up and taking initiative. They will need to demonstrate creativity in generating solutions and proactively translate technology challenges into business solutions. Must be able to multi-task and handle all LOB skills.

Required Skills:

  • Outgoing and creative customer service oriented mindset
  • 1+ year of Enterprise Technical and or Customer Support experience
  • BA in Computer Science a plus but not required
  • Certifications a plus but not required (A+, Network+ , etc)
  • Must have the ability to effectively communicate with the customer both verbally and written form.
