Randstad Technologies is looking for creative, collaborative, and entrepreneurial minded talent to join our team. We are looking for a talented, driven professional to assist our Customer Success department in entry level customer support and customer training. The goal is to drive support service that improves customer product knowledge, and maximizes customer satisfaction. Candidates will be able to troubleshoot and fix basic problems users experience during setup and everyday use as well as provide in-depth training on usage and management of products.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to telepresence products.
  • Be able to answer Tier 1 customer support calls, chats and emails.
  • Assist Sales Team with product demonstrations as needed.
  • Perform Technical Assessments as requested by Sales Team to ready customer for demonstrations.
  • Follow up with customers post sale to assist in setting up and train on usage and management of products.
  • Review customer feedback and create new feature tickets and trouble tickets as necessary regarding feedback provided.
  • Be able to facilitate training classes as needed.
  • Maintain training calendar.
  • Be comfortable speaking one-on-one or to a group of customers about products.
  • Train single users and groups of users on proper operation, safety and user and device management of the products.
  • Work with sales team and customer success team to help with logistics of trade shows and conventions.
  • Function as a Product Specialists in trade shows and conventions as needed.
  • Serve as office manager for the Kansas City Customer Success Office as needed.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory as needed.

Skills / Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Punctual, meticulous and reliable.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Must have pleasant, outgoing personality.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent web-cam etiquette and personality.
  • Enthusiastic/curious about technology.
  • Experience speaking on technical topics.
  • Experience using customer support trouble ticketing system.

Normal Working Hours

  • Monday through Friday with shifts that may include working hours between 6am and 8pm. Availability after hours or on the weekend may be requested as needed.
  • Customer Success Technician may be required to work overtime, with paid compensation.
