About the Role

Supervises day to day operations, assigns and directs work of staff. Under management guidance, supervises to ensure effective delivery of services. Provides performance evaluations and coaching. Implements processes to maximize efficiency of operations. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of unit work. Process complex documents requiring considerable procedural knowledge. Compile standard and nonstandard reports. Generate and interpret management reports regarding critical business functions. Implement and revise processing procedures to maximize efficiency. Make recommendations for training and career development needs for staff. Make recommendations for improvements.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supervision of staff responding to inquiries, complaints and disputes from internal and external customers, clients, investors, banks, and/or merchants regarding disputes, claims and financial services.
  • Duties may include resolving escalated problems, communicating information orally or in writing to team members, customers, banks, merchants or other departments and/or senior management, training and coaching staff, writing and conducting performance evaluations, assisting in employment decisions and setting and meeting/exceeding performance standards.
  • May manage workflow, quality of service and provide input to scheduling.
