ustomer Service Associates will need to quickly learn our HR systems and be proficient and comfortable using business systems, in order to provide customer service.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:


Work from a internal ticket system queue to address customer questions and needs via instant messenger, tickets and video conference.


Troubleshoot and problem solve onboarding, technical systems and worker management escalations for Googlers and their workers


Review new worker requests and consult with Googlers on their project needs


Required Skills:


Bachelor's degree in any field.


1-3 years work experience in customer service, HR, communications, project management, or similar field.


Experience with internal business systems and technology - with the ability and enthusiasm to embrace learning a new system with little training.


Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.


Ability to operate with urgency and solve real-time problems independently.


Strong verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.


Nice to Have Skills/Not Required:


Leadership experience in customer relations or customer care.


Experience or proficiency in using Google calendar and docs.


Experience or proficiency with HR and/or Vendor Management Systems (ie. Workday, Fieldglass, Smart Track etc...)
