UCCE-Platform Engineering/ CUIC & Aceyus Real Time reporting

8+ years of total experience in Contact center
Cisco UCCE Hands-on experience required
Must have an CUIC Reporting experience( Reports creation for Line of Business)
Must have an experience with Aceyus Real time reporting tool
Good understanding on Call center metrics
Preferred to have an experience with CUCM/Unity
ICM Scripting and CVP Studio development experience
Database and web service integration experience
Experience in documenting call flows using Visio
Expertise in Cisco Voice technologies
Being able to evaluate the call logs and the call flows
Working with the BA and working with nontechnical staff to explain IVR and the design
Issue resolution and management
Complex Problem Solving - Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
