The Agency Team is a sales team in Large Customer Sales which focuses on building strong relationships with communications agencies (media, creative, integrated, digital).

As a Google Creative Analyst, you will work with the largest creative advertising agencies and their clients as a pivotal resource to elevate creative effectiveness on Google/YouTube, an expert in translating Google data into meaningful recommendations to inform brand strategy, YouTube assets, and creative analysis. The Creative Analyst will partner with Creative Agency Leads and Creative Strategists to thread Google's data and insights across the creative development process from strategy to creative to measurement.

Overall Responsibilities:

Unearth compelling Google data to inform creative briefs and overarching brand strategy.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

1. Ignite new opportunities/recommendations for creative concepting/direction, generate more create assets made/edited for YouTube, based on Google data/insights.

2. Collect and gather data through Google's internal database/platforms

3. Suggest creative optimizations pre-launch, in-market, or post based on our analysis tools (eg YouTube Analytics, Brand Lift, Google Consumer Surveys).

Additional responsibilities:

Author playbook on elevating creative effectiveness/higher performing creative assets on YouTube across Strategy/Creative/Analysis.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field

4+ years of experience working for media or creative agency in advertising sales, marketing or consulting

Experience in a role that leveraged data analytics (strategic planning, management consulting or analysis).

Ability to collect and gather data through Google internal database/ platforms

Organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.

Strategic thinking ability to extract meaningful output from/bridge data to creative insights, analysis, recommendations.

Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have:

Experience with Google and third party analytical/research experience and usage, and marketing analytics techniques (experimentation frameworks, attribution models, statistical approaches).

Fluency in Google's insights and analytic data/tools eg Google Trends, YouTube Analytics, Audience Explorer (Insights Finder), Teacup, Wildcat, Correlate, Google Consumer Surveys, Brand Lift.
