Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Digital Sales Country Leader you'll be able to do the following tasks/function:
  • You are responsible for generating leads, (client LOB and IT) and for closing IBM business via telephone, electronic mail , Internet or in person.
  • You will be the customer lead advocate for many clients throughout the sales cycle, and you will manage client IT, LOB or buyer group customer relationships.
  • You are responsible for client satisfaction and for revenue generation via frequent communications within a large and diverse territory assignment.
  • You will identify opportunities and will work with, will engage, or will lead a team including the Territory Sales Representatives (TSRs), Sales Specialists, Business Partners, Influencers and others as appropriate.
  • You will validate, qualify and prioritize opportunities.
  • You will perform as the central point to pull together the elements of a complete customer solution.
  • You will populate and maintain a customer records database to support opportunity pipeline management.
  • You will develop a reporting structure, follow up and participate with a territory sales team in closing the sale.
  • You will ensure that the customer understands the solution and its benefits, pricing, delivery, warranty and contract information and any other relevant terms and conditions.
  • You will follow up on quotes and contract submissions within IBM and with the customer to accelerate and close the sale.
  • You will identify and establish ongoing relationships with the IBM team that generate increased IBM revenue in assigned territory.
  • You will engage, build relationships and work effectively with business partners and influencers to ensure their participation in successful, cost effective achievement of sales objectives.
  • You have to clearly articulate business issues, advise customer on the latest industry trends and technology solutions, and recommend IBM products, services and solutions that solve the business problem.
  • You have to remain current on IBM products/services/solutions, selling techniques, productivity tools, competitive offerings and approaches and the customer territory, organization and decision makers.
  • You will drive the influence and the functional strategies of your team.



Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • You need to have good aptitude with different information technology solutions, efficient territory management discipline and excellent communications skills both written and verbal are minimum requirements in this position.
  • Your ability to learn and apply IBM brand strategies, methods and processes is needed , i.e. price bid loading, necessary to support the selling cycle from start to the end of the engagement
  • You should be amenable to visit client sites across Manila and you need to be flexible to report in BGC, Taguig City office

Good communication skills will be an advantage
