Wells Fargo Corporate Banking Group (WFCBG) is dedicated to being the premier provider of financial services to US companies engaged in international commerce. WFCBG provides companies with access to all of Wells Fargos international financial services both within the US and from international locations. We partner extensively with Wells Fargos broad and deep product experts, such as those in the following areas: International Payment and Collections (including Trade Finance and Overseas Payments and Cash Management), Risk Management (including FX, Rate Risk Management and Insurance on Foreign Receivables) and Financing.

The primary areas of responsibility are as follows:

  • Support administrative and operational needs of Head of Global Banking Seoul and his team members;
  • Make disciplined decisions grounded in doing what is best for the customer;
  • Drive and implement complex project plans and liaise with relevant partners as needed;
  • Work effectively with independence;
  • Work closely with Customer Service Team of GB APAC to coordinate KYC process which may include obtaining and keeping KYC supporting documents from clients/external sources and tracking relevant KYC process;
  • Help Relationship Managers (RMs) to address credit investigation issues and complete required tasks in compliance platform;
  • Help RMs complete client info and call reports, and report other sales activities in sales database;
  • Ensure sales activities and deals in pipeline are properly recorded in GB Team View dashboard;
  • Ensure client revenues are properly captured in profit monitoring system by diligently tracking revenues with relevant internal partners;
  • Accompany RMs to client meetings when needed;
  • Organize client events and functions;
  • Assembling PowerPoint presentations;
  • Be comfortable in a startup environment;
  • Tracking and entering expenses into the expense reporting system;
  • Scheduling senior level meetings;
  • Following up with customers by phone or in person;
  • Making travel arrangements.
