The Public Service Sector consulting practice is a trusted advisor to federal, state and local governments, partnering to meet challenges and responding quickly to citizen demands, business needs, new economic conditions, and changing legislative priorities and policies.

Human Capital Management Implementation Manager will act as the functional guide for the entire suite of Cornerstone On Demands Talent Management offerings, working directly with the customer to lead, design, and configure all aspects of the project. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Have the flexibility to be a functional product authority and/or assume project management responsibilities.
  • Define client requirements, provide gap analysis, and configure the outcome of these efforts.
  • Provide standard methodology solutions based on customer defined business needs.
  • Drive all Deliverables, Budget Management, Quality Assurance, and other project items.
  • Lead planning and management of multiple client implementations concurrently.
  • Partner with client project manager to develop an executable plan that accounts for both functional and technical workstreams of the project.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise
  • Cornerstone experience is required.
  • B.A/B.S or equivalent experience or a Project Management certification.
  • 5+ years of business process or professional services consulting experience.
  • 5+ years of Talent Management, Learning, or Performance technical solution implementations.
  • Experience in consulting environment as a Functional Lead.
  • Experience leading Change Management of transformation initiatives a strong plus.
  • Ability to deal with and resolve complex customer business issues.
  • Ability to pass Ppersonal Identity Verification Process clearance.


Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise
  • Experience working in the Public Sector.
  • Cornerstone on Demand HCM Certification(s).
