The Compliance Risk Technology Application Systems Engineer (App Sys Eng 6) role has a senior developer role developing and supporting Enterprise Testing and Validation (T&V) related technology platforms. T&V team is responsible for conducting Business Process Testing and Validation across Wells Fargo. This ASE will play a critical role in the upcoming T&V Technology transformation and building RSA Archer based systems used in this space. The ASE will be part of a team, responsible for the design, installation, configuration and customization of various Archer modules for GRC platform used by T&V. The success of the role will require focusing on developing partnerships and working collaboratively with the business partners and ensuring that their requirements are clearly understood, and solutions provided meet their needs.

Responsibilities include:

Design and configure various components utilizing Archer core and custom modules Participate in complete software lifecycle - analysis, design, develop, test, and deploy solutions on enterprise platform Consult with leadership, technology and business partners to elicit requirements and analyze processes, resource plans, technology initiatives, data sources/metrics, policies and controls Development of technical system design documentation Prior Archer development experience in creating fields, reports, dashboards, configure access control and determining optimal solutions Effectively assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions; mitigate erroneous decisions to avoid critical delays in schedules / unit operations and potentially jeopardizing overall business activities Participate in design elements (including design data/object models, technical workflows diagrams, access control models etc.). Design, configure and implement capabilities, including, but not limited to, Solution administration; Data feeds; Data model; Reporting; User access controls; User interface; and Workflow

Please note: This position can be based at the Wells Fargo site location(s) in Summit, NJ; Minneapolis, MN; Phoenix, AZ. Relocation assistance will not be provided. 10+ years of application development and implementation experience3+ years of JIRA experience5+ years of Agile experience7+ years of experience with on-demand application development experience in Archer7+ years of experience with data feed setups in Archer7+ years of Archer experience using calculated fields and data driven events5+ years of experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) concepts
