The Compliance Technology Application Systems Engineer (ASE) role has a senior developer role developing and supporting Enterprise Testing and Validation (T&V) related technology platforms. T&V team is responsible for conducting Business Process Testing and Validation across Wells Fargo. This ASE will play a critical role in the upcoming T&V Technology transformation and building RSA Archer based systems used in this space. The ASE will be part of a team, responsible for the design, installation, configuration and customization of various Archer modules for GRC platform used by T&V. The success of the role will require focusing on developing partnerships and working collaboratively with the business partners and ensuring that their requirements are clearly understood, and solutions provided meet their needs.

Please note: This position can be based at the Wells Fargo site location(s) in Summit, NJ, Minneapolis, MN, and Phoenix, AZ. Relocation assistance will not be provided. Applicants should reside in or around the target area(s) or be willing to relocate at their own expense. Other locations may be considered.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of application development and implementation experience5+ years of Agile experience7+ years of experience with on-demand application development experience in Archer7+ years of experience with data feed setups in Archer7+ years of Archer experience using calculated fields and data driven events5+ years of experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) concepts

Desired Qualifications

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsExperience with access control lists (ACLs), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) servers, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificates, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and Active Directory5+ years of RESTful or SOAP web servicesSQL experienceExperience developing with one or more of the following programming languages or frameworks such as HTML5, ActionScript, JavaScript, or Active Server Pages (ASP)Experience with RESTful API callsAbility to manage disparate types of technology solutions, including packaged applications, software as a services delivered solutions, and custom developed systemsAbility to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environmentArcher core solutions experienceKnowledge and understanding of application lifecycle, from design and development to testing, implementation and production supportExperience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements which may include workflows, process maps, or business processesKnowledge and understanding of business requirements analysis and writing of technical specificationsExperience in Archer which includes creating fields, reports, iView's, and dashboards to configure access control and record permissions, events, and notificationsExperience identifying key issues, involve affected parties, design solutions, obtain buy-in, and communicate effectively through resolutionAbility to translate business needs into complex analysis, designs and recommendations. Uses analysis to identify and define business requirements, while supporting the validity of the final product.Ability to design, develop, and implement large scale/complex software applications
