Job Description:

Act as compliance coordinator for BTech. Work closely with business and other technical owners to identify FLoD, Audit and Corporate standards and implement / maintain cost effective solutions. Identify and negotiate SLA's with business users and manage service quality. Implement and maintain metrics to verify compliance to defined controls. Advocate and implement Continuous Improvement and Lean concepts. Participate in Data Management initiative to ensure compliance to corporate policies.

Role Description

Compliance Coordinator / BA:

Product Owner / Business Analyst to provide business requirements, analysis and to support ongoing business processes. Candidate should have 10+ years of experience in the investment/securities industry, BS/BA in related area. The candidate MUST be able to complete the following job responsibilities:

- Responsible for maintaining effective internal controls and implementing corrective actions to address any process and control deficiencies and support an effective Information Security Officer (ISO) program and IT FLoD assurance program across Security Finance.

- Manage Business stakeholder expectations as relate to services provided by BTech. Proactively identify, influence and resolve business issues

- Participate in Data Management initiative and give guidance to PMO to ensure compliance with ongoing client Enterprise Data Governance Management (EDGM) directives

- Engage in the commitment to strengthen data quality measures and metrics across Security Finance.

- Oversee successful delivery of all First Line of Defense (FLoD) operational risks and ongoing initiatives in accordance with relevant policies and framework(s), including execution of all BTech issued tasks.

- Be prepared to lead one of the Corporate Governance/CIS/ISO initiatives impacting SF applications and/or business process to ensure compliance with latest requirements

- Communicating (verbal and written) project details and concepts to various audiences and levels of management

- Working with both ADM & AMS teams to implement an ongoing assurance strategy and monitor the control environment effectiveness through Geneos, including ongoing Disaster Recovery (DR) remediation, and end to end issue management based on defined metrics aligned to the relevant risk.

- Manage product rollout to support teams globally, including testing, training, SOP's and readiness

- Responsible for the demand management process, including collecting, organizing and vetting requests with the Business stakeholders and IT Product Owners.

- Proactively prepare and communicate audience-appropriate project status, including steering committee updates.

- Be prepared to accommodate global off-hours meetings when necessary with colleagues in APAC and EMEA.


- Experienced facilitator, including a wide variety of audiences of varying levels.

- Superior communication skills with the ability to produce executive level presentations and product collateral for external use. Capable of tailoring messages to a wide variety of audiences.

- Well-developed leadership skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.

- Demonstrated success driving change through product or initiative (project work on the business side) related work.

- Ability to assess impacts of technology on the business operating model, and drive associated implementation tasks in support of the new operating model.

- Proven relationship skills, ability to partner across the organization, with IT and the business, to drive to best possible outcomes.

- Previous business project or product management experience in an environment where the technology organization was working in the Agile development methodology is preferred.

- Strong planning skills, including the ability to prepare and manage business project plans.

- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Additional Description:

Btech has a requirement to track Business Service Quality and also compliance to Corporate policies associated with our systems / applications. This includes mostly non-functional items that are not defined in business requirements, but have to be implemented to pass annual reviews and corporate audits. There is also a new Policy proposal to implement Data Management and Governance corporate wide, which will require substantial effort from technical teams to documents current state, and then to identify and add features that do not comply.

The primary requirement for this role is an experienced analyst with the ability to evaluate policies, SLA, standards etc., and verify if Btech comply. Have the ability to identify the gaps and work with the supporting teams to implement missing controls or documenting evidence that controls are being followed correctly
