Job Description
Responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring a risk-based compliance program to assure compliance with federal, state, agency, legal and regulatory requirements or may provide oversight to a compliance function.
Works with assigned business units and provides compliance risk expertise and consulting for projects and initiatives with moderate to high risk to identify, assess and mitigate regulatory risk in all business activities.
Develops testing strategies and methodologies; evaluates the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, procedures, processes, initiatives, products and internal controls and identifies issues resulting from internal and/or external compliance examinations.
Consults with business to develop corrective action plans and effectively manage change to ensure regulatory compliance.
Identifies training opportunities; may design/coordinate the development of training materials and deliver training.
Reports findings and drafts recommendations to compliance, risk, and business line management.
Provide guidance to less experienced specialists/consultants
Minimum 6 years of US AML Compliance experience
Accountable for ensuring quality customer service is provided to internal/external customers.
Develops and implements operational, servicing or documentation procedures, methods and work systems.
Advanced problem solving, customer service, organizational and written & verbal communications skills.
Proficient in MS Office suite
Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize with attention to detail.
Ability to correspond with both internal & external departments, business groups and responding to their questions and concerns with detailed information, while adhering to the firm's policies and procedures.
Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.

Min educational qualification :

Graduate (10+2+3) in Science or Commerce or Computer Application
