Your Role and Responsibilities
The Cloud Campaigns Leader is responsible for successful tracking, management and delivery of IBM's Cloud Campaigns, sales enablement and partner relationship management across AsiaPacific.

This role is responsible for creating the Go to market strategy for Cloud and being the overall leader for all Cloud Campaigns. This role will provide the markets with and execute a go to market strategy that includes Industry alignment, partner relationships, key opportunities to attach cloud to other IBM Services and Brands deals. The role is accountable for driving Cloud pipeline through sales enablement, campaigns, external events and building key strategic relationships with Cloud Providers such as Micrososft, Google, RedHat, Alibaba and IBM Cloud. The role is responsible for managing scope, cost, schedule, quality and benefits realisation of campaigns which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. They are responsible for matrix managing IBM resources and partners including offshore global delivery resources, vendors and subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan across the markets and up to the, Markets, Asia Pacific and Global Leadership. They provide day to day direction to team and provide regular status updates. The individual is expected to have organisational, governance and negotiating capabilities.

The Cloud Campaigns Leader is recognised for handling unique situations and assisting others, and mentoring and helping develop less experienced staff.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Over 10 years experience and at least 4+ years of Project Management/Campaign Management experience.
  • GTM strategy creation including, Industry alignment, pipeline and signings plans and campaign creation.
  • Overall campaign management experience,partner relationships management
  • Platform sales enablement, managing External sales and marketing events
  • Demonstrated experienced level in project planning, tracking and reporting; deliverables reflect superior quality; ability to consistently meet financial (including pipeline, signings, revenue gross profit) targets; and ability to manage risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Ownership and reconciliation of monthly financials.
  • Experience in managing distributed teams (onshore, offsite/offshore).
  • Experience managing Agile, and/or hybrid Agile/traditional projects.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Demonstrated passion for the business, client insight, breakthrough thinking, drive to achieve, team leadership, teamwork, decisiveness, building organisational capabilities, developing talent, and personal dedication.
  • Project Management or equivalent certification eg. PMI, PRINCE2, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP).
  • Agile project delivery related certification eg. SAFe.
  • At least 2+ years of Cloud / Business / Industry related experience.
  • Experience managing Cloud-related projects (eg. on IBM Cloud, AWS, MS Azure or other platforms), for example legacy modernisation, application migration, new development.
  • Campaigns management experience for Cloud Services and Products.
