  • Lead a team of client managers on supporting the onboarding of new GPS related business for USD and Multicurrency product offerings.
  • Supporting all aspects of implementation as it relates to the various GPS services offered to Financial Institution customers. This includes training the FIG relationship teams and the client on the various product offerings and services available under the GPS product suite.
  • Client Management team is responsible for developing implementation plans, review and analyze account activity, review all pricing and payment trends to help identify opportunities for improvement as well as irregularities ensuring an excellent client experience. Ensure the best customer experience; assisting with special projects relating to RFP/RFI deals, complex GPS products/services, customer experience and product roll-outs and development.
