Job Description

You will work on Business Process Management solutions using current PegaSystems releases, while developing a platform that is capable of supporting multiple case management business needs across the enterprise. The Case System Tracking and Resolution (CSTAR) group is a PegaSystems-based technology team, with successful Pega-based solutions implemented throughout the enterprise, covering multiple lines of business. The growth in business need for automated case management solutions has continued to rise, as our partners look for robust/reliable solutions that can be quickly delivered. Thus, our team is engaged with consulting, prototyping, design, development and support of BPM solutions that reach across multiple business divisions and disciplines.

This position will have the responsibility for driving these solutions through the design, development, deployment and support phases of the individual projects. This role will be accountable in leading development team members, along with our technology and business partners to a successful solution delivery. You will be supported by subject matter experts who are already part of our team.



Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Pega experience
  • 7+ years of application development and implementation experience



Desired Qualifications

  • UNIX experience
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills



Other Desired Qualifications

Tomcat experience
Pega certification CSSA (Certified Senior Systems Architect), LSA (Lead Systems Architect) and/or equivalent training/experience
PegaSystems application experience in the financial services industry
Demonstrated ability to lead a team of Pega developers
Design/development and production support experience with large-scale, high-volume applications
Familiarity with various financial services research and case management workflows (Adjustments, Returns, Fraud, Exception Payments)
Development experience in the Wells Fargo technology environment
Experience with Pega DCO requirements gathering tool
Experience with various infrastructure-related technologies (Unix Scripting, Java Programming, Tomcat Systems Administration, Performance Tuning, Oracle Database Fundamentals, etc.)
