We are looking for a Technology Leader in Foreign Exchange Technology - Regulatory, Supervisory and Compliance Reporting, Payments, Settlements ecosystem. The Technology Leader will be an important member of the core FX leadership to drive technology decisions by effectively balancing the needs of business groups with strategic technology direction. The leader will work with the business partners to create competitive advantage and positive customer impact for the business through effective management of the applications portfolio, simplification & modernization of technology solutions, and enhanced time-to-market, strong IT governance and effective technology risk management.

Candidate will be responsible for high performance and automated back-office FX application development using Java and Functional Programing methodologies.

Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.Required Qualifications

10+ years of application development and implementation experience7+ years of securities industry experience10+ years application development experience in a bond trading systems environment3+ years of analytics experience5 + years of experience designing software solutions using software architecture design principles 7+ years of Java experience3+ years of experience with open source tools such as Python, R or SCALA3+ years of experience in advanced statistical models, machine learning or a combination of both3+ years of experience with Big Data or Hadoop tools such as Spark, Hive, Kafka and Map3+ years of business intelligence experience

Desired Qualifications

Advanced experience in capital markets business and processesBasic knowledge and understanding of mathematical modelingBasic knowledge and understanding of SEC, FNRA, and international regulations for building technological solutions5+ years of Agile experienceKnowledge and understanding of databases and data mining techniquesAbility to quickly and accurately execute tactical deliverablesDesign consultation experience at the highest technical level: planning, integration, implementation, scalability, and problem definitionExperience communicating with business partners and project managersExperience communicating models and integration strategies with a quantitative development team

Other Desired Qualifications Advanced experience in capital markets business and processes A Master's degree or higher in applied statistics, mathematics, or computer science 2 + years of direct report management experience including, but not limited to, assigning tasks, conducting performance evaluations and determining salary adjustments 2 + years of Data Management Platform (DMP) experienceJob Expectations

Ability to travel up to 10% of the timeAbility to work outside of regular business hours
