Job Description
The Campaign Manager owns the lead generation strategy and execution, and is accountable for project (campaign) performance & revenue goals. By leveraging agile principles, the Campaign Manager brings a specialist, cross functional team (Diamond Team) together to collaborate on the creation and execution of engaging and compelling customer journeys. Campaign Managers bring an audience-first approach to planning and overseeing the campaign strategy, designing the buyer's journey throughout the life of a project (campaign). Key activities include developing, leading, executing and optimizing an integrated end-to-end campaign strategy to meet campaign goals and objectives within scope and budget.

Work scope structure.

Plan Projects (Campaigns) to Meet Business & Revenue Objectives:

Design projects (campaigns) in collaboration with Geos/Markets, determine optimal execution scenario mix and project types, to meet plan and program objectives.
Support Portfolio with project (campaign) insights to be leveraged in defining the audience, the value prop, and the narrative.
Support portfolio and/or content management teams to develop content strategy, help to identify content gaps and opportunities for messaging.
Collaborate with and project manage DT to design end-to-end projects (campaigns), that meet revenue targets, by creating a compelling and seamless journey using digital, programmatic, and non-digital tactics at each stage. Apply buyer insights and past performance data to make decisions about the ideal tactic mix.
Create logic map, Implementation guide, email & LDR logic with support from Digital Strategists, Event Specialists, and Marketing Automation Specialists
Deliver to marketing contribution targets with emphasis on new buyers.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

1 year of acting as a Campaign Manager or equivalent
Customer Experience Management & Logic Map creation
Marketing Automation: Digital & Programmatic (email & paid media)
Demand Generation & Optimization to meet & surpass revenue goals
Project (campaign) & Budget Management
Excellent Communication Skills

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

2+ years acting as a Campaign Manager or equivalent; NPS; Pearl; Medallia; Hotjar
