Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargos more than 70 million global customers.

Design, develop, implement, test, support and maintain software solutions to meet business requirements. Write functional documents and design technical specifications. Work closely with business users, technology groups, program management, product management, quality analysts on the preparation of test cases. Test software through unit testing, test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification, fixing, and resolution. Maintain full project life-cycle tasks, such as business and technical analysis, designing, coding, testing, and implementation plans. Conduct code reviews with team members to advance application upgrade, extension, or other development. Analyze application for data integrity issues. Maintain all system diagrams, system interface charts and any other compliance policy and procedure documents. Provide production support to end users with support teamsRequired Qualifications

7+ years of application development and implementation experienceA BS/BA degree or higher5+ years of C# experience3+ years of Multi-Threading Experience3+ years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tools3+ years of capital markets experience3+ years of Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) development experience5+ years of application development experience

Desired Qualifications

Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsA BS/BA degree or higher in science or technologyKnowledge and understanding of network, distributed system, applications or event management disciplinesExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsGood attention to detail and accuracy skillsGood analytical skills including analyzing complex dataKnowledge and understanding of technical documentation: impact analysis, detailed designs and unit test plansAbility to turn preliminary or ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well-defined plans and solutionsAbility to achieve high production and quality standardsAbility to act as a subject matter expert

Other Desired Qualifications Knowledge of equity and equity derivative securities. Experience working with trading desks, middle office, back office. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
