Job Description

This position will report to the Technical Encryption Leader within Data Technologys Data Protection Team. The Senior Business Analyst will fill a key role on the team to ensure effective management, control, and documentation of our encryption processes, in particular on our Teradata platforms leveraging Voltage for column-level encryption. The incumbent will be responsible for managing relationships with application team and platform stakeholders that are responsible for implementing encryption solutions, providing support and guidance as required. This position will work with all team members, management, business partners, and vendors to ensure successful data protection initiative implementation from requirements gathering through to end user testing and monitoring compliance. This position will also be responsible for ensuring the appropriate end user documentation exists in a way that support user needs, including publication of all necessary user guides and training materials, managing SharePoint sites, and conducting various multi-user training sessions and meetings.

Key responsibilities:

Ensure encryption documentation and process requirements are captured, up to date, and disseminated to all impacted parties. Capture issues and problems and work with the technical team to resolve these issues and document solutions for the user community. Conduct outreach communication to various constituents leveraging multiple approaches: build SharePoint sites, conduct multiple user conference calls, town-hall meeting, brown-bags, etc. Act as the key point of contact and built significant relationships with, application development teams, platform owners, DBAs, various vendors, and various Support multiple data protection projects and project managers. Support application teams to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, recommend changes, and in general provide excellent user support. Provide direction and guidance to less experienced staff.

Required Qualifications

12+ years of information technology experience5+ years of management experience in a technology environment

Experience with Data Technologies Databases (BMG, C2T, Hemisphere, EIW, etc.)
