Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargos more than 70 million global customers.

Responsible for ensuring that data quality is maintained so that data can effectively support business processes. Consults with clients to assess the current state of data quality within area of assigned responsibility. Design and conduct moderately complex analysis to identify and remediate data quality/integrity issues and to identify and remediate process/control gaps. Recommend plans for the development and implementation of initiatives that assess the quality of new data sources. Develop recommendations for optimal approaches to resolve data quality issues. Identifies data quality metrics and executes data quality audits to benchmark the state of data quality. Develop reporting to monitor and track ongoing data quality levels. Adhere to data governance standards and procedures. May provide support to regulatory analysis and reporting requirements.

Work with leadership to generate and communicate technology resiliency reports. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to determine resilience reporting requirements. Ability to aggregate multiple data sources and implement an enterprise resilience reporting solution. Design, develop, test and deploy reporting solution. Manage, maintain and improve the reporting solution via change control. Manage the resilience risk mitigation and improving the support of critical technology infrastructure domains. Work with partner teams to address resiliency vulnerabilities, including making resiliency improvement recommendations.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills4+ years of reporting experience, analytics experience or a combination of bothKnowledge and understanding of database querying and creating ad hoc reporting results using SQL or similar querying methodsStrong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problemsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsOutstanding problem solving and decision making skillsCustomer service focus with the ability to analyze, research, and respond to moderately complex customer or agency issues and complaintsIntermediate Microsoft Office skills
