We are looking for a highly competent and motivated individual to fill a Business Systems Consultant Role on Data Protection Team within Data Technology, to support data encryption implementation and process sustainment on critical platforms.

We are looking for a Business Systems Consultant with the following capabilties:

Provide technical support of solutions for data protection, which include encryption, data masking, data scrubbing, data rationalization, and access and control. Acts as a liaison between application teams and the Data Protection team through planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be resolved through Data Protection tools and procdesses. Leads efforts to develop procedures and documentation required for the technology compliance programs. Leads a multi-disciplined team through SDLC and Project documentation required for system changes. Coordinates testing duties. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Acts as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies. Provides direction and guidance to less experienced staff. Prior strong experience executing projects for relational database systems including Oracle/SQL and Teradata Experience in documenting processes and procedures for operational systems and user supports including Oracle, SQL Server, and Teradata tactical and strategic solutions.Required Qualifications

10+ years of business systems analysis experience, design experience, or a combination of both5+ years of data warehouse experience5+ years of experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies

Desired Qualifications

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsExcellent understanding of Data Warehousing methodologiesKnowledge and understanding of relational database concepts, querying, data warehousing, ETL process, requirements gathering and/or decision support tools3+ years of MS SQL server experience3+ years of Oracle experience3+ years of Teradata experience5+ years of SQL experience
