Enterprise Information Securitys (EIS) vision is to provide Wells Fargo world leading cyber security risk management. Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, EIS protects Wells Fargos infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws. EIS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS):

As part of EIS, Enterprise Information Security Architecture (EISA) enables Wells Fargo business units to achieve their objectives and to make informed decisions that balance risk with reward, by providing actionable security strategies, architectures and solutions. EISA is seeking a talented business professional who will provide organizational, process and documentation support for EISA driven projects as well as daily operational support for the team.

Successful candidate will:

  • Organize, lead, design and implement end to end Second Line Reporting processes globally
  • Align multiple initiatives to management strategy and goals, identify opportunities to integrate or eliminate initiatives
  • Manage a portfolio of critical processes for Second Line Reporting (SLR) team
    • implement and execute team management and planning processes
    • create, maintain and track activities in the operational calendar of all production reports
    • maintain inventory and drive prioritization of future improvement opportunities
  • Write and maintain a variety of SLR documentation in a governance library including:
    • Designs for new reports
    • Change controls for existing reports
    • Team process maps
    • Report level delivery calendar
    • Report level Release Notes
    • Executive level, business cases, proposals and recommendations
  • Drive awareness of processes across SLR and EIS including training and coaching team members globally
  • Develop internal and report on process metrics that provide insights to health of Second Line Reporting capabilities
  • Interact with security architects, stakeholders, users, business partners, and subject matter experts to understand business needs. Develop and manage business requirements, through artifacts such as use cases and functional and non-functional business requirements documents.
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize and obtain approval of business requirements, and ensure they meet the long-term business vision. Escalate risks and issues to project scope, objectives, and timelines.
  • Work with testing team on requirements traceability. Assist the testing team as needed.



Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of business systems analysis experience, design experience, or a combination of both
  • 3 + years of experience writing requirements for the design and implementation of information security technologies
  • 3+ years of experience writing Business Requirements Documents (BRD's)
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • 3+ years of process design or improvement experience
  • 3 + years of Microsoft Visio experience



Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • 10 + years of experience writing Business Requirements Documents (BRD's)
  • Financial industry experience
  • Experience visualizing and creating high-level models used for analyzing, extending, and maturing business architecture
  • Investigative interviewing skills
  • Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations
  • Experience with Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
  • Information security experience
  • Experience creating reports in response to management, audit, or regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge and understanding of maintaining and updating SharePoint, Learning 2.0, Open Text or other content management/publishing platforms
  • Knowledge and understanding of writing, editing, coordinating, and publishing sensitive documentation
  • 1+ year of JIRA experience



Other Desired Qualifications

5+ years of image creation and publishing tools
