Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargos more than 70 million global customers.

The Technology Infrastructure Business Services (TIBS) team provides senior-level leadership to drive TI business operations and initiatives which execute on the TI strategy. This team has oversight responsibility of the business functionality of infrastructure technology for enhanced coordination and simplification across the TI organization. The Infrastructure Business Services team is also responsible for supporting and enabling TI team members.

The TIBS team is currently searching for a highly competent and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Business Systems Consultant. The primary responsibility for this role is to provide a centralized function in support of Business Service Operations (BSO) team through reporting and analysis.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Provides direction and guidance to less experienced staff. Manage and maintain large volume data, financial data, and reporting for over 100 cost services making up over $3B of indirect Non-Interest Expense (INIE) allocations within Wells Fargo Technology Infrastructure (TI).

Major Responsibilities:
Monthly Volume Collection Process
Ensure all volumes have been uploaded to the NSUC system within the processing timeframe
Review volume data to ensure accuracy
Provide reporting to Finance team throughout the process
Make volume adjustments where appropriate

Costing Model Maintenance
Validate INIE models are current in CVR

Cost Recovery Model Updates
Stay informed of strategy and technology changes in Technology Infrastructure that may have unit rate impacts
Work with appropriate TI Leadership and Finance support staff to understand changes
As needed, create new cost services and activities that match the changing business within Technology Infrastructure

Create recurring monthly reporting
Meet with TI Leadership monthly to report recovery variances and identify drivers
Meet with Finance team monthly to review and update recovery variances
Educate team members on INIE where needed
Act as second level customer service support on line of business questions
Ad Hoc research, analysis, & reporting as needed

Required Qualifications

7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both2+ years of financial analysis or accounting experience
