Job Description

The Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) group has an exciting opportunity for a senior level Business Systems Consultant in our SACM Governance team. This role will serve as a central point of contact for scheduling, planning and the overall involvement of SACM as it relates to ongoing lines of defense, review activities.

  • Serve as the central point of contact for communicating with the lines of defense to provide a coordinated and consistent approach during review activities for the SACM organization.
  • Provide consultation, coordination and support during engagement activities to ensure awareness and preparation (calendars, inquire as to readiness for review, self-identification of issues, appropriate review/approvals of issues/corrective actions) for review activities.
  • Provide ongoing monitoring and tracking on the status of on-going review activities and issues/corrective actions identified as part of review activities.
  • Maintain an inventory of issues/corrective actions along with current status and provide dashboards/reporting on status to leadership.
  • Facilitate meetings with lines of defense and business partners
  • Monitor business metrics and evidence that illustrates compliance with SACM policy, standards and processes
  • Work independently and with user groups to resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommends change to the SACM functions
  • Act as an internal consultant and is a single point of contact to provide monitoring, guidance, direction and clarification relating to SACM Governance to all levels of management.
  • May provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff.


Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both
  • 2+ years of presenter experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) concepts
  • 2 + years of experience working on cross-organization initiatives
  • 3+ years of experience presenting to regulators and creating materials for regulatory deliverables

  • Exposure to Wells Fargo's Remedy Asset Management (PAC2000) application
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Strong relationship management skills

  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
  • Knowledge and understanding of technical leadership including large, visible, cross group projects across multiple technologies
  • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
  • Solid negotiation skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of risk assessments documentation development
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Ability to influence and collaborate at all internal organizational levels
  • Solid critical thinking skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
  • Ability to operate effectively in a geographically dispersed organization
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
  • A BS/BA degree or higher in information technology



Other Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with technology hardware and/or software asset and/or configuration management
  • Experience in developing governance and oversight programs
  • Proven ability in exercising independent judgment and apply prudent risk mitigation principles
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and solve problems in a timely manner
  • Demonstrated ability to cope well with change in a dynamic environment and deal effectively with ambiguity
