The Enterprise Functions Technology Policy Exceptions Management team is responsible for the creation, approval management, remediation tracking and closure of all technology and security policy exceptions for enterprise systems such as finance, enterprise tools, and risk technologies. The team documents, processes, consults on, and reports on exceptions in approval and remediation to ensure leadership awareness of risks and proper remediation to align to policy.

We are seeking a Business Systems Consultant 5 to work with the application teams on policy exception management. This position will provide guidance in required documentation and proper approvals required for exception filling. This will involve utilizing your excellent written and verbal communications, as well as your ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple activities going on at the same time. Additional responsibilities will include mentoring opportunities for new incoming team members, editing of written documentation to ensure high quality and consistency, identification of common risk threads across the teams.

Responsibilities include:

Solicitation and documentation of exception need, remediation and risk management in a specified format for enterprise systems
Editing of exception language for consistency, quality, completeness and proper detail
Identification of common risk themes across the enterprise teams, such that global issues may be addressed holistically
Facilitation of approval sessions with EFT leadership
Embraces ownership and accountability situations and roles

Required Qualifications

7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both2+ years of experience consulting on information security regulatory governance and policy adherence4+ years of communications experience3+ years of experience with technical requirements, design, testing, and implementation of tools and technologies2+ years of SharePoint experience
