The Compensation Team is looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Consultant to provide strategic business solutions to enterprise-wide technology initiatives. This role will provide diverse and challenging opportunities. The candidate should have the ability to adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner. This fast paced project environment has aggressive timelines, requiring solid dedication and a willingness to go above and beyond.

Roles and Responsibilities include:

Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Technology Teams to analyze and design FA Compensation solutions. Work with business partners to provide training, resolve questions, assess needs, and recommend changes. Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Prepare specifications for system changes. Recommend and initiate systems testing. Provide direction and guidance to less experienced staff. Manage relationships with our partners to maintain trust in our platform and confidence in our ability to provide top quality software products throughout our various projects. Work with IT management to identify, plan and track concurrent efforts related to FA Compensation. Participate in transforming strategic enterprise architecture and design principles into specific system requirements and specifications.Required Qualifications

7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsKnowledge and understanding of trade lifecycleAbility to prepare and present senior level communicationsKnowledge and understanding of secure SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) methodologiesAbility to work cohesively and collaborate with analytic functions throughout the organizationAbility to drive the requirements process with both technical and business partners Experience designing and optimizing complex SQL queries involving table joins and correlated sub-queries on large scale data tablesFinancial services industry experienceExperience with variable and incentive compensationExperience working with transaction-based incentive compensation plansA BS/BA degree or higher in science or technology
