Responsible for leading cross-functional / virtual teams to strategize, plan and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives that are larger in scope and complexity. As part of the current LIBOR transition effort, the position will play a key role as technical liaison between the LIBOR Transition Office and the Wholesale Lending lines of business and technical applications teams.

Provides leadership to other consultants and analysts in the integration / implementation of programs / services / initiatives with cross-functional business partners, recognizing the significance of competing priorities and strategies, and adjusting as necessary.

Develops metrics and tracks/evaluates performance of programs, services and initiatives.

Ensures plans / programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulations. Engages program or project manager at the appropriate level as defined in the Program/Project Management Policy to guide implementation.

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Collaborate with the LIBOR Transition Office, Wholesale lines of business and horizontal working groups representing the Wholesale Lending technology team, throughout the LIBOR transition effort to achieve the desired business objectives and goals Guide, develop and lead initiatives; working with key partners to implement strategic initiatives Partner closely with others in the organization at all levels including senior level leaders Drive and complete initiatives on time in a fast paced environment Keep the team informed of timelines, updates and completion; and make sure all deliverables are met through consultation and follow through Assist with presentations that may be required and present them to senior leadersRequired Qualifications

7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both7+ years of financial accounting experience7+ years of financial analysis experience

Desired Qualifications

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills3+ years of contract negotiation and pricing experienceExperience with one or a combination of the following systems: Business Lending and Sales Tracking (BLAST), Hogan, Automated Financial Systems (AFS) commercial loan system, or SeeMorePlus3+ years of procurement and supply chain management experience

Other Desired Qualifications 7+ years of experience leading complex business accounting and finance projects for large Technology organizations 7+ years of experience overseeing General Ledgers, AUs, and financials for large technology organizations 7+ years of experience of compiling and presenting complex data into actionable information to senior executives (CIO or above) 3+ years of experience leading buy vs build analysis and application rationalization initiatives 3+ years of experience leading vendor negotiation for large software and professional services purchases 3 + year of experience in business systems analysis on loan accounting system of recordsJob Expectations
