Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargos more than 70 million global customers.

This position is for a new role being created within the Treasury Management Internal Tools Team. This Wells Fargo Technology Team rolls up through Treasury, Merchant & Payment Solutions (TMPS) and Payments, Virtual Solutions & Innovation (PVSI). They primarily support the Treasury Management Line of Business and partner with them closely on application ideas and solutions. A new development tool/platform is being rolled out for a small, targeted group of TMPS Technology and this new role will be the primary contact, overseer, marketer, and administrator for the proof-of-concept or pilot stage.

Job description and details include: Acting as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Providing technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Working with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Preparing specifications for system changes. Recommending and initiating systems testing, when necessary. Acting as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies. Providing direction and guidance to less experienced staff.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both7+ years of business systems analysis or design experience3+ years of leadership or management experience1+ year of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience1+ years of process improvement experience1+ years of experience drafting use cases and test scripts1+ years of experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
