Job Description

Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical assistance in identifying,evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Prepares specifications for system changes. May develop systems test plan components and test scripts. May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies. May provide direction and/or guidance to less experienced staff.

Specifically this position will be part of the Endpoint & Mobility Enablement organization, reporting into the Initiatives Engagement Center organization. Working with the IEC team, the broader Mobility Collaboration Group and TMT management will be required. Responsibilities involve establishing and maintaining the overall governance and coordination for the domestic and international mobility environment to meet all ITAM standards. The resource will oversee delivery and support for end-end asset lifecycle processes as well as assembling and publishing reports required for Mobility to be fully compliant with ITAM standards.

This position could also involve leading smaller work efforts as requested by LOBs. Examples of prior work requested includes iPad gifting, Community Bank POC, and Dealer Services e-Cycle conversion. Work supporting our ongoing Mobile Application Management process including managing the application certification process along with needed app store support and coordination while working closely with the Mobile Development Center.

In addition, this role will support our more senior staff on major initiatives (iOS10, iDevice Management Remediation, etc.) extending out to the Enterprise.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both

Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

Other Desired Qualifications

Experience with WF IT Asset Management process
Experience working in the mobility space
Able to represent team in meetings with LOBs and management regarding current assignment progress and respond to questions as needed
Familiarity with the Good Container application
