The Enterprise Functions Technology Issue Remediation Team team is responsible for the management of remediation of Issues and Corrective Actions, in partnership with technology and risk management teams. This team is accountable for managing teams through the process of establishing alignment with policy and associated risk controls and procedures, such that it can be demonstrated to Corporate Audit that the team has addressed the offending problem, can evidence alignment to expected behavior, and has a plan to sustain compliance. The team produces the necessary documentation on behalf of the technology team, and partners with them through the timeline of remediation.

We are seeking a Business Systems Consultant 4 - Remediation Analyst to work with the application team to provide guidance on remediation timelines, appropriate evidence to demonstrate compliance, compile and document per expected format, facilitate alignment with technology, risk and audit on outcomes. This will involve utilizing your excellent written and verbal communications, as well as your ability to manage medium to large efforts on set timelines, raise concerns to risk on potential for missed dates or lack of clarity between reviewing teams, understanding of technology and risk concepts.

Responsibilities include:

Management of remediation activities to align to policy and risk controls per agreed to schedule Advise technology teams on proper evidence and controls Compile remediation plans and evidence into expected format and submit for review Support validation activities with Corporate Audit to ensure proper closure of issueRequired Qualifications

5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both4+ years of communications experience3+ years of experience with technical requirements, design, testing, and implementation of tools and technologies2+ years of experience consulting on information security regulatory governance and policy adherence2+ years of project management experience
