Job Description

We are the Data Services and Operations Management team that supports the WIMT organization. We provide the best possible data and operational management services to Wealth and Investment Management Technology (WIMT). We refine and enhance the common data repositories, operational processesand data services such that they strategically align with the goals of the Firm. Provide access to technical and business metadata and enable the ongoing care and feeding of Application Development functions for WIMT

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Acts as a liaison between our business partners and our technical organization by planning, facilitating, and directing the work activities that are being requested of the Data Services and Operations Management organization.
  • Provides assistance in engaging in new project requests or new work efforts.
  • Works with our business and technical partners to provide quality information, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend next steps. Prepares estimates for new work demand.
  • Acts as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by facilitating initial discussions about new demand. Provides direction and guidance to less experienced staff.
  • Knowledgable in the data management lifecycle process. Acts as an escalation contact for project resources or project managers when issues arise.


Monday through Friday Normal business hours of operation

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both
  • 5+ years of data warehouse experience
  • 5 + years of experience working with Excel COM API

Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • 5+ years of data analysis experience
  • 5+ years of brokerage or wealth management experience
  • 5+ years of wealth or investment management experience
  • 5+ years of client relationship management experience
  • SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a geographically dispersed organization
  • Experience facilitating meetings with participants at various levels of experience in different lines of business
  • Ability to develop and manage business relationships

Other Desired Qualifications
  • Wealth, brokerage or retirement business knowledge.
