Corporate Risk helps all Wells Fargo businesses identify and manage risk.We focus on three key risk areas: credit risk, operational risk, and market risk. Enterprise Information Securitys (EIS) vision is to provide Wells Fargo world leading cyber security risk management. Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, EIS protects Wells Fargos infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws. EIS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer.

The Business Systems Consultant 4 will work closely with the Cyber Threat Management (CTM) leadership team, technical partners, and line of business (LOB) groups, acting as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems.

  • Manages requests made to the Offensive Security Research Team (OSRT) through the workflow process.
  • Coordinates calls with LOB contacts and Cyber Security Research Scientist to scope testing and validation engagements, resulting in a scoping document.
  • Reviews and distributes reports for engagements, andcoordinates and runs debriefing calls with the OSRT Tester and the customers.
  • Helps customers understand the OSRT process and the results of tests, serving as an ambassador for the team.
  • Creates metrics to help understand the work performed by the team as well as the impact it has for the bank overall.
  • Coordinates with technology teams to solve problems and identify opportunities to solve with automation.
  • Provides professional/operational assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
  • Works with teams to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.
  • Prepares specifications for system changes.
  • Develops systems test plan components and test scripts.
  • **Preferred location is Charlotte, NC; however; other major Wells Fargo Hub locations may be considered.

    Required Qualifications

    5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both

  • Experience developing requirements for new technologies, with a proven track record of successful reporting and issue tracking
  • Experience working with teams or user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes
  • Experience preparing specifications for system changes
  • Experience working on an Information Security team
  • Experience providing direction and/or guidance to less experienced staff
  • Understanding conceptually post exploitation
  • Ability to keep sensitive information protected using encryption and privileged on a need to know basis

    Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
