Corporate Risk
Corporate Risk helps all Wells Fargo businesses identify and manage risk. The team focuses on several key risk areas including credit risk, operational risk, market risk, strategic risk, and compliance risk. Corporate Risk strives to ensure that all Wells Fargo corporate functions and lines of business soundly manage risk, comply with applicable laws and regulations, and offer products and services that meet the needs of our customers. The group provides leadership, enhances communications, assists with problem identification and solutions, and shares best practices. In addition, Corporate Risk provides an enterprise-wide view of risk, assists management and our Board of Directors in identifying and monitoring risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and takes appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company.

Enterprise Information Security
Enterprise Information Security (EIS) is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization. Wells Fargo views information security as enabling lines of business to mitigateinformation securityrisk in accordance with our risk appetite. Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, EIS protects our infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws. Our vision is to provide Wells Fargo with world-leading cyber security risk management.

The Position

As an integral part of the Wholesale, International, and WIM ISL team, this role is responsible for driving consistency, efficiency, and quality across the team. The position will support the Group ISL and direct reports on strategic direction, Information Security integration between LOB and Technology, and Information Security communications with key business partners and leadership. The BSC role will work closely with the senior management to provide a central resource and knowledge center to efficiently and effectively support business objectives. The role will meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents. This position supports the Risk Leadership and Management (RLM) Information Security team within Enterprise Information Security.

Support LOB (Wholesale, WIM, and International) Technology Initiatives with Information Security impacts Assist in the communication of information security updates and strategy with LOBs and Technology across Group ISLs team Coordinate Cross-Business, (Wholesale, International, & WIM) and Enterprise Information Security initiatives Wholesale, International, and WIM Technology project identification and integration with Group ISL teamRequired Qualifications

5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a virtual team environmentOutstanding problem solving and decision making skillsAbility to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teamsIntermediate Microsoft PowerPoint skillsIntermediate Microsoft Excel skillsKnowledge and understanding of project management and implementation Ability to discuss information security risks at a detailed technical levelAbility to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and managementKnowledge and understanding of threat analysis and assessment of potential and current information security risk/threatsKnowledge and understanding of audit, regulatory compliance, or risk management

Other Desired Qualifications Basic technology understanding in the following areas: (Cloud Computing, Vulnerability Management, Configuration Management, Asset Management, Network Monitoring, Application Integration)Job Expectations

Ability to travel up to 30% of the timeAbility to travel domestically and internationally
