Job Description

Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Prepares specifications for system changes. May develop systems test plan components and test scripts. May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies. May provide direction and/or guidance to less experienced staff.

This position will account for ongoing Risk & Regulatory business as usual activities that have been added to our base requirements. This position is a Tech BA role (BSC) leading documentation and support services for approximately 35 vended Trust applications to assist the Technical Application Manager. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

System Development Life Cycle compliance (SDLC Tracker entries and documentation)
Enterprise Application Security Program (EASP) entries and coordination
Application level project documentation (FSD, SAS)
Application Lifecycle Management, documentation management and oversight
Configuration Management oversight
AD-HOC application questionnaires/research
Security plan review coordination and SPARC and IRAP request initiation
Change Management coordination and deployment
Coordination of application level ART/IAM permission setup/maintenance requests
Interface with business partners in support of system requirement documentation
Regularly interface with governance team to ensure documentation requirements are met

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to coordinate, lead and facilitate group meetings
  • Ability to present to multiple levels of management
  • Ability to drive the requirements process with both technical and business partners
  • Experience managing communications and documentation projects
  • Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting documents/reports
  • Knowledge and understanding of asset management function support
  • Knowledge and understanding of configuration management solutions for information security and compliance controls
  • Knowledge and understanding of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)
  • Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills
