Corporate Risk helps all Wells Fargo businesses identify and manage risk. We focus on three key risk areas: credit risk, operational risk and market risk. We help our management and Board of Directors identify and monitor risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and take appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company.

Enterprise Information Securitys (EIS) vision is to provide Wells Fargo world leading cyber security risk management. Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, EIS protects Wells Fargos infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws. EIS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer.

The Enterprise Information Services division has an opening within the Enterprise Access Management (EAM) for a business systems consultant 4 supporting application platform adoption and integration activities

Manages qualification and scheduling of applications migrating to EAM standard tools and processes, as well as monitoring and tracking change requests against established dates. Facilitates resolution of issues and questions and improves processes by collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts. Interfaces with a variety of technical and business stakeholders.

Key Functions

  • Conduct or oversee asset qualification review sessions
  • Schedule asset onboarding based on qualification outcome
  • Process, monitor, and track change requests against established dates
  • Apply subject matter expertise and experience with onboarding methodologies to inform and influence onboarding planning
  • Monitor and report on onboarding task completion, including identification or risks and issues
  • Provide feedback onboarding processes in support of continuous improvement
  • Coordinate with resources throughout EAM to respond to questions and resolve issues
  • Maintain process documentation

Note: This position may sit at any core Wells Fargo location or telecommute.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both

Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of IAM (Identity and Access Management)
  • Knowledge and understanding of information security industry standards and government regulations
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to coordinate processes or projects and compile documentation
  • Ability to deliver multiple concurrent projects or large scale individual projects
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teams
  • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames
  • Experience working in a large enterprise environment
  • Financial services experience
  • Customer service focus with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend solutions
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills
  • Strong presentation skills

Other Desired Qualifications
  • Understanding of application security models and associated access management options
  • Experience with processes to schedule and onboard applications to access management tools
  • Experience as a central point of contact for a for an organization
  • Ability to manage complex issues and develop solutions
  • Working knowledge of security issues, risks, policies and processes
  • Experience working with internal/external audit (SOX, GLBA)
  • Ability to initiate action, manage change, make high impact decisions, manage risk, navigate change and accept challenging assignments.
  • Proven experience in executing improvements to service
