Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, EIS protects Wells Fargos infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws. EIS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer.

Job Description:

Role is responsible for coordinating complex network security infrastructure implementations throughout the infrastructure lifecycle. Efforts encompass facilitation of installs, decoms, upgrades, refresh, and patching of devices. Responsible for obtaining, understanding, and communicating business and technical requirements. Role is responsible for identifying and engaging key participants, establishing schedules and deliverables - creating high level implementation plans/tasks/action items, and escalating as appropriate. Responsible for setting up and facilitating meetings, providing timely, detailed, accurate minutes, action items, and status reports. Adherence to processes and procedures. Ability to identify gaps and assist in remediating.



Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both
  • 5+ years of information technology experience
  • 5+ years of experience working in a large enterprise network organization
  • 3+ years of change management experience
  • 4+ years of technical project coordinator experience
  • 3+ years of experience scheduling meetings and managing calendars using an enterprise email application such as Microsoft Outlook
  • 3+ years of experience in network security infrastructure (includes firewall, intrusion detection, and cyber threat)
  • 3+ years of experience in network infrastructure [includes routers, switches, internet protocols (IP), and virtual local area networks (VLAN)]



Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
  • Ability to facilitate meetings among remote resources
  • Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames
  • Ability to deliver multiple concurrent projects or large scale individual projects
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Intermediate Microsoft Visio skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of maintaining and updating SharePoint team web content
  • Knowledge and understanding of information security principles, policies, and procedures
  • Knowledge and understanding of security technologies and concepts including: defense in principles, antivirus, firewall data and Intrusion Detection Systems (Host, network, Wireless)
  • 3+ years of financial industry experience
  • A BS/BA degree or higher

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
