Job Description

Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Prepares specifications for system changes. Recommends and initiates systems testing. Acts as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies. Assists with Security Oversight as tied to project migrations.

Responsibilities

Responsible for facilitating the relationship between the technology organization and client by managing and supporting the delivery of technology products and services for Release Management and Security Oversight within the Enterprise Cloud Services. Acts as the single point of contact for Release Management and the appropriate technical groups from solution planning to sizing/estimating, tracking and managing releases. Influences technology selection by gathering and reviewing customer information, working with technology teams and Project Management Managers to determine if standard solution will work or if custom solution is necessary, and recommending the best option to the customer, including providing guidance on leveraging new technology within the Release Domain. Requests sizing estimates and reviews for reasonableness and compliance of Release Standards, including reviewing and approving on behalf of Enterprise Cloud Services Releases. Ensures service quality and cost-effectiveness of solutions for team. Monitors higher profile projects to ensure requests are met on time and within sizing, keeping all parties informed of impacts and changes, including overseeing Release reporting and exception requests. Coordinates with Release, Implementation, Change, Security and other areas to ensure smooth transitions between processes. Maintains regular contact with management within Technology and the supported LOBs by providing communications on upcoming Releases, issues, and escalations. Conducts research and analysis of competitive market environment for innovative business products and services, regulatory/compliance issues, and implications of new implementations. The position will interface with various application teams, service delivery team and distributed systems team members. Position includes review and verification of audit compliance. This is a remote or in-office working position, depending on candidate location. Candidate must be motivated, responsible, and self-directed.

This positon will require the occasional night/weekend work for application migrations.



Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both



Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
  • 5+ years of PAC2000 experience
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Solid conflict management and decision making skills
  • Outstanding problem solving skills



Other Desired Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Release and audit compliance processes
  • Self-starter with ability to multi-task
  • Effective collaborator with business and technical teams
  • 5+ years of experience in internet/ intranet-based business systems or business consulting.
  • 5+ years of experience in Release and audit compliance processes
  • Proven knowledge of Remedy/PAC2000 tool
  • Cloud Azure Knowledge
  • Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Ability to manage process improvement initiatives to optimize operational effectiveness and efficiencies


Job Expectations

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
