About EGS (Wells Fargo India Solutions)
We are hiring for a position in EGS Delivery in India. EGS stands for Wells Fargos Enterprise Global Services. We are a critical component of the Wells Fargo strategy to leverage distinct advantages of a global environment. Legally, we are known as Wells Fargo India Solutions. Currently we are 12500+ strong team members with3 locations (Bangalore, Chennaiand Hyderabad) in India and 1 center in Manila

The Change Coordinator is the single point of contact for their respective areas as related to Enterprise Change Management. Change Coordinators are appointed by their EscalatingApprover and are responsible to:
  • Review the Change Request to ensure it contains clear and accurate information provided in compliance with requirements.
  • Facilitate resolution of issues (scheduling conflicts, outstanding requirements, etc.).
  • Approve all changes for their respective areas.
  • Represent their respective areas and communicate the impact of high level risk changes at weekly change meeting.
  • Participate in post installation reviews (RCA meetings) as appropriate for problem installations and/or failed changes (validate close questions and close comments).
  • Facilitate post installation reviews as appropriate when formal outage reviews are not performed to follow-up and identify corrective action for problem installations and/or failed changes.
  • Act as escalation point for change requesters, stakeholders, approvers, implementers, support groups, etc.
  • Obtain escalating approver and documents approvals within the change request when necessary.
  • Review all emergency changes for their respective area(s) to ensure they comply with the requirements and conditions (ensure emergency requirements are met).
  • Work with development and other technical staff in resolving preventativeactions items caused by changes with negativeimpact.
  • Maintain documentation on individuals that are appropriate delegates for the EscalatingApprover. Keep the delegates list and/or the ESCAPP- approval group (if used) current within PAC2000.
  • Review the monthly change report to identify errors in change requests and work with the Change Requester and/or appropriate managers to update the change request.
    • Update erroneous information in individual change requests.
    • Be an advocate and mentor for improving teams measurements.
    • Address concerns with reporting either with ECM or parties that are involved.
  • Review unauthorized changes to determine validity. Record the reason for the unauthorized condition in the change record and provide feedback to ECM and inform management of the unauthorized change.
  • Analyze and validate Quality Assurance change records and results conducted by ECM.
  • Facilitate the required certifications throughout the year to ensure 100% compliance timely
