Enterprise Information Securitys (EIS) vision is to provide Wells Fargo world leading cyber security risk management. Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, EIS protects Wells Fargos infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws. EIS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer.

Enterprise Information Security is seeking a Business Systems Consultant to support FFIEC regulatory testing and Dynamic Application Security Testing. In this role, you will manage testing activities, maintain and create process documentation, improve processes, create appropriate actionable metrics for the lines of business and EIS. Create communication to provide visibility of program and processes. Assist with testing engagement of internally hosted applications, and follow-up on finding remediation. Partner with the Application Security Champion, security architects and development teams to support the DAST program.

The Business Systems Consultant will:

  • Assist with communicating DAST program information to various levels of personnel in security, technology, and business areas
  • Establish and maintain individual websites for DAST programs in individual LOBs
  • Document and help to establish Steering, Working, and Stakeholder Committees in individual LOBs for the DAST program
  • Organize, prepare deliverables, and run Steering, Working, and Stakeholder Committees for the DAST program in individual LOBs
  • Help define and document the DAST Program Scoping Methodology for individual LOBs
  • Help establish and document the DAST Program RACI document for individual LOBs
  • Define and use an application selection methodology to select applications in scope for the DAST Program in individual LOBs
  • Assist in completing application complexity exercise for DAST program in individual LOBs
  • Assist in performing application prioritization exercise in the DAST program for individual LOBs
  • Create Project Definition Documents (PDDs) for DAST program in individual LOBs
  • Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for DAST program in individual LOBs
  • Assist with yearly scoping and scheduling exercise for the DAST program in individual LOBs
  • Assist with defining DAST retest methodology in individual LOBs
  • Assist with defining DAST program expansion in individual LOBs
  • The Business System Consultant will additionally be responsible for:
  • Create adhoc documentation as required for DAST program
  • Organize and hold meetings as required for DAST program
  • Assist with test and DAST program issue escalation and problem resolution as required
  • Provide support of DAST offshore resources
  • Prepare DAST metrics
  • Create appropriate actionable metrics for LOB and EIS to provide visibility of summary and detailed level status
  • Prepare other adhoc management level and audit material/documentation as required
  • Required Qualifications

    1+ year of business systems analysis experience1+ year of project management experience1+ year of process definition and documentation experience1+ year of process design or improvement experience1+ year of process engineering experience

  • Experience coordinating Dynamic Application Security Testing.
  • Demonstrated detailed oriented self-starter and the ability to work independently with limited supervision and limited direction, and in collaborative team environments
  • The ability to provide support after normal business hours as needed
