Enterprise Information Securitys (EIS) vision is to provide Wells Fargo world leading cyber security risk management. Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, EIS protects Wells Fargos infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws. EIS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS):

This position will be a member of the Enterprise Access Management (EAM) leadership team and will interact with leaders across Enterprise Information Security (EIS), Enterprise Information Technology (EIT), the Chief Information Officers (CIOs), risk management and communications partners, and the Wells Fargo lines of business (LOB).

Governance oversight for the EAM organization involves managing several key functions for the team in addition to coordinating technology planning and information dissemination to the enterprise. Functions included in this are:

  • Through development and execution of the EAM Domain, enforce operating model for EAM across the enterprise
  • Production of monthly EAM updates to executive management
  • Oversight of the Enterprise Technology Remediation (ETR) Program and related sub-programs such as Cyber Defense Program Office (CDPO) for EAM
  • Through Relationship Management and working with risk partners, ensure that EIT and LOBs have viable Identity Access Management (IAM) security plans and have a means to escalate issues
  • Supervision of operational and project oriented metric collection and standardized report development and distribution
  • Production and communications of materials related to the changes being introduced by IAM developments
  • Manage governance routines including the IAM Oversight Committee and the committees that report into it

Key Functions:

  • Lead cross functional/virtual teams to strategize, plan and execute enhancements to the EAM strategic initiatives
  • Influence change leveraging multiple means and channels; marketing, communications (e.g., multi-channel, digital) and education and awareness materials
  • Drive information consistency across the organization and company
  • Track/evaluate performance of programs, services and initiatives with business and information security partners and make recommendations for continuous improvements in the Program and Processes
  • Work with SMEs to report progress on different elements of the EAM Program and the Strategy tailored for specific audiences
  • Work with leadership to understand and articulate top priorities based on internal and external influencers


Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: administrative support management, project management, business operations or strategic planning in financial services
  • 4+ years of management experience
  • 1+ years of experience partnering with infrastructure governance teams
  • 3+ years of model governance experience
  • 1+ year of IAM (Identity and Access Management) experience



Desired Qualifications

  • Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teams
  • Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
  • Meeting facilitation experience in leading discussions that result in consensus and commitment
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies, opportunities to streamline business processes, and implement change
  • Ability to evaluate impacts based on changes in laws/regulations and develop company response
  • Experience in crisis management communications
  • Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives
  • 3+ years of information security experience



Other Desired Qualifications

Knowledge and understanding of Information Security consulting in the financial services industry
